All the Rabbanim who reply to questions, received Semicha from Gedolei Hador and in addition from the Rabanut Harashit. They also serve as Dayanim in important Batei Dinim.

Rabbi Yehoshua Pfeffer was born and grew up in London, England. After graduating high school he came to study in yeshiva in Israel, spending most of his years in the study halls of the famed Mir Yeshiva. After marriage, Rabbi Pfeffer specialized in Torah monetary law, putting his writing skills to use in writing a weekly column on Torah monetary law in a British weekly (the Jewish Tribune), and soon publishing his first book, Binyan Ha-Shtar [Hebrew], on the workings of legal documents in Torah law (the book was awarded the Bnei Brak prize for Torah literature). After a number of years, Rabbi Pfeffer moved on to study in the Darkei Torah institute, under the auspices of Rav Asher Weiss, where he went on to officiate as dayan on the beis din. Aside from his dayanus occupations, Rabbi Pfeffer has officiated as maggid shiur in Yehivas Darkei Torah and in Yeshivas Maarava, has lectured extensively on topics of Jewish Law and Jewish Thought (in which he also writes a weekly article), and has contributed regularly to a number of publications, including Mishpacha, Hamodia. Yated Ne’eman, and others. Rabbi Pfeffer has semicha in Yoreh De’ah from Rav Zalman Nechemya Goldberg.
