Sechirus Reshus for Eruv

I will be visiting Texas soon. My daughter’s family is the only Jewish renter in an apartment complex (to our knowledge). There are common areas. The complex has a natural eruv for Shabbat, and is owned by one company with an office in the complex. How or from whom do I get “schirat rshut” from the company? Is it necessary according to all or most poskim?

Answer:

There is no need for sechirus reshus. This is only required where there are two or more Jewish families in the complex, but where you have no reason to assume the presence of additional Jewish families, there is no need for sechirus reshus.
