Answer:
There are several halachos that pertain to airspace, but all in terms of the types of use that were known in times of Chazal – the use of air as a medium through which light travels, and the use of air for breathing. For both of these, a person obtains a Chazaka on the air for purposes of light and for air (both in terms of windows).
However, in principle a person’s ownership of the private domain extends all the way to the sky, so that whoever owns the land will own and have the rights to the airspace.
