I learnt that after taking three steps back at the end of Shemoneh Esrei, one should wait a few seconds (the amount of time it takes to walk 4 amos) before stepping forward. Does this mean even after the Yehi Ratzon, or is that included in the time? Thank You.
Answer:
The Yehi Ratzon is included in the time: The time of 4 Amos is from stepping back (stepping back “from the Shechinah”) to walking forwards again.
Best wishes.
