Tevilas Kelim when Outer Vessel is Metal

Someone showed me a vessel and asked if it needed tevila. The outside of the mug was metal but the inside was plastic, so the drink never touches any metal. The inside didn’t seem like a little plastic covering metal, it seemed like the cup part of the kli was pure plastic inserted into a metal hollow cup. Does this require tevila?

Answer:

If the food does not touch the metal part of the utensil, and is contained entirely in the plastic part, there is no obligation of tevilah.
