Krias Shema in pyjamas

am i allowed to say krias shema in pajamas?

Answer:

Krias Shema al Ha-Mita may be recited with pajamas, because the entire enactment was made for bedtime. This is true even if the intention is to fulfil the Torah obligation of shema. Krias Shema that is part of prayer should not be recited in pajamas, but in clothing befitting the prayer service.

However if one is unwell, one can also pray with pajamas. (See Tefilah Kehilchasah 7: note 78, and see Ishei Yisrael 10:note 13 who recommends wearing a robe over the pajamas.)
